PREFIX for Python 0.1.0
Terms of Sale
These terms cover the retail purchase and digital fulfillment of the PREFIX for Python 0.1.0 individual commercial license.
1. What Is Sold
PREFIX for Python 0.1.0 is prebuilt proprietary developer software sold under a software license. It is not a subscription, consulting engagement, managed service, or promise of customer-specific customization.
The product includes the local correction engine and CLI, VS Code extension, supported Windows x64 and Linux amd64 packages, receipt inspection, deterministic replay, receipt-backed rollback for rollback-ready parse-valid pre-images, and release-verification material. Its behavior is intentionally limited to the declared Python 3.12 correction surface.
2. Price and Taxes
The retail price is $29 USD as a one-time charge for one named developer and up to two personally controlled computers. Taxes, currency conversion, or processor charges may be calculated and displayed by the authorized checkout before payment.
A purchase grants only the rights in the Commercial License / EULA. It does not transfer ownership of PREFIX.
3. Digital Delivery
Once the checkout is activated and its file fulfillment has been verified, the completed purchase will provide access to the prebuilt version 0.1.0 download automatically. No manual modification or bespoke package preparation by Fast Industries is required for an individual customer.
Before activation, Lemon Squeezy test mode can verify the product and file configuration, checkout, order creation, and receipt email, but Lemon Squeezy disables file downloads for test-mode purchases. No test-mode download is required or claimed. Immediately after activation, Fast Industries must complete a permitted live purchase and order and verify customer access to the configured download before presenting the purchase link as launch-ready or claiming active automatic fulfillment.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Requirements
The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase, maintaining backups of customer files, reviewing changes, testing customer code, and deciding whether an output is appropriate for the customer's project.
- Windows: Windows x64 package with bundled CPython 3.12.10; VS Code 1.85 or newer for the shipped extension and installer.
- Linux: Linux amd64 package and installed CPython
>=3.12,<3.13; VS Code 1.85 or newer for editor integration. - macOS, ARM platforms, and Python 3.11, 3.13, 3.14, or later are not qualified for version 0.1.0.
5. Updates and Support
The purchase covers version 0.1.0. No future version, upgrade, maintenance period, service-level agreement, or response-time commitment is included unless separately stated in writing. The public issue tracker may be used for reproducible technical defects, but it is not a private channel and must not receive order details, personal information, receipts, or proprietary source code.
6. Refunds
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the Refund Policy. Refunds may be declined for license abuse, redistribution, resale, sublicensing or repackaging, or fraudulent activity. After 14 days, refunds are handled at Fast Industries' discretion and subject to applicable consumer law and Lemon Squeezy payment/refund policies.
7. Product Boundary and Disclaimers
PREFIX is not a general-purpose AI assistant, arbitrary code generator, universal semantic repair system, or cloud inference service. The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Commercial License / EULA apply to the sale.
8. Changes
Fast Industries may update these terms for future purchases. The version displayed at checkout governs that purchase, subject to applicable law. A change does not retroactively reduce a customer's paid license rights.
